1. Who we are

  • SSJ Olivia Organic Private Limited ("we", "us") runs this store and is the Data Fiduciary for your personal data under the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 (DPDP Act) and the Information Technology Act, 2000.

2. What data we collect

  • Account: your name, email ID and password (stored securely in encrypted form — we never see it).
  • Orders: name, mobile number, email, delivery address, city, state, PIN code, order notes and the items you buy.
  • Payments: online payments are handled by Razorpay. We only receive a payment reference — never your card, UPI PIN or bank details.

3. Why we collect it

  • To create and secure your account and let you sign in.
  • To process, pack, deliver and track your order, and to contact you about it.
  • To issue GST tax invoices as required by Indian tax law.
  • We do not sell your data and do not use it for advertising.

4. Your consent

  • We ask for your clear consent when you create an account and each time you place an order. You can withdraw consent at any time by deleting your account (see section 7). Withdrawing consent does not affect orders already placed.

5. Who we share it with

  • Courier partners — only name, phone and address to deliver your order.
  • Razorpay — to process online payments.
  • Our secure hosting and email providers, only to run this website and send order emails.
  • Government authorities, only when required by law.

6. How long we keep it

  • Account and saved details: until you delete your account.
  • Invoices and order records: kept for the period required by GST and tax laws (currently up to 8 years), even after account deletion, but no longer linked to your account.

7. Your rights

  • Access and export: download all your data anytime from My account → Download my data.
  • Correction: your saved details update automatically with your next order, or contact us.
  • Erasure: delete your account yourself from My account → Delete my account, confirmed with a one-time code sent to your email.
  • Grievance: you may contact our Grievance Officer below, and if unresolved, the Data Protection Board of India.

8. Security

  • Data is encrypted in transit (HTTPS), access is restricted to authorised staff, and payment data never touches our servers.

9. Children

  • This store is meant for adults (18+). If you are under 18, please order with a parent or guardian's consent.

10. Grievance Officer & contact
